By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Returns and Cancellations
1.1 Unwanted Items
You may return items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Items must reach us in the same condition as received.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
1.2 Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 7 working days (Monday–Friday) of receipt.

We will provide a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.

Claims after this period may be refused or incur additional charges.
1.3 Errors in Orders
We do our utmost to ensure accuracy in all shipments. However, errors may occur during packing.

If there is a mistake with your order (e.g., wrong item or quantity), you must notify us within 3 working days of receiving your parcel.

We will then correct the issue promptly.

If we do not hear from you within this timeframe, it will be assumed that you have accepted the goods as correct.
2. Shipping and Delivery
2.1 Shipping Times
Please refer to our shipping policy for estimated delivery times.
2.2 Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 calendar days of being placed, you must notify us via email within 20 calendar days of it being placed.
If you order has not arrived within 14 working days (Monday-Friday, excl. bank holidays) of being marked as posted, we will ask you to fill out a Denial of Receipt ("DoR") form. Once we have received your signed DoR, we will refund you in full.
If you either: (i) do not notify us of an undelivered order within 20 calendar days; or (ii) fail to provide a signed DoR, we may be unable to provide a refund.
2.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers must provide a complete delivery address.

If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, we may charge for re-shipment.

Alternatively, the order can be treated as unwanted under the returns policy, with the original postage deducted from any refund.
3. Product Listings and Availability
3.1 Accuracy
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur.
3.2 Order Corrections
If an order is placed with incorrect information:

We may amend quantities, issue partial refunds, or cancel the order if fulfilment is impossible.

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all pricing and information is correct.

If an item is listed incorrectly, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the order.

We will not charge for cancelled orders.
7.2 Payment
Payments are processed securely using our chosen payment providers.
8. Import Duties and Customs
For orders sent outside the UK:

Customs charges, import duties, or VAT are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays or additional fees imposed by customs authorities.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses.

Delays or issues caused by courier services.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
