Standard UK Shipping

• We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for standard deliveries. We charge a flat fee of £3.00 for this service on orders under £40, or free on orders over £40.
  

• We aim to post all orders within 3 working days. This means that they should reach you within 5 working days.

Undelivered Orders

• If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of being placed, you must notify us via email within 20 calendar days of it being placed.
• If you order has not arrived within 14 working days (Monday-Friday, excl. bank holidays) of being marked as posted, we will ask you to fill out a Denial of Receipt ("DoR") form. Once we have received your signed DoR, we will refund you in full.
• If you either: (i) do not notify us of an undelivered order within 20 calendar days; or (ii) fail to provide a signed DoR, we may be unable to provide a refund.

International Shipping

• At this time, we do not offer shipping outside the UK.
